  The Worse Store In the DFW To get a Phone From! I repeat DO NOT get your Device From this store I wouldn't Even recommend Using Tmobile To begin with. I was making a Transaction From at&T to Tmobile. My credit was ran & I was quoted a down payment before I entered the store. Once I entered the store they imported my Number before telling me the down payment which double from the original. Since my Number was imported over I was left without a Phone & The managers did not attempt to justify the situation at all.

  Been a T-mobile customer since 2004. Sure I have had my issues with the company but the last 2 years have proven that T-Mobile is on the rise. However, I was told I was eligible for an upgrade by 2 separate employees at this store and so I decided to upgrade. I now am paying monthly payment for 2 devices. I received no warning that I would be held accountable for 2 devices at time of sale, and even asked point blank what would be the total cost and monthly costs. When I went back to speak with a manager he basically said that's our policy regardless of how little information was provided. I still am on board with T-Mobile as a company but this location has some employees that are more worried about moving units than giving their clients the full scope of what they are buying.
