  Bill and the team were absolutely amazing. I came in with a vague idea of the type of ring I wanted to make -- and knew I wanted to incorporate a piece of an old ring of my grandma's. He worked with me to pick a new ring and was totally flexible with how I wanted the design to turn out. I got the ring in just a few short weeks and it was PERFECT! A perfect blend of the old and new and something I will treasure forever. Would highly recommend for any custom jewelry you're wanting to make. I'll be back again!
