  The employees are rude and unexperienced for the Kay Jewelers brand. I made an insurance claim and went to the store to pick up my merchandise, the store manager nor any other employees knew how to process this and had to call corporate for assistance, this lasted 30 minutes. When my merchandise arrived, the service was worse. I brought the letter from the insurance company and proof of identification, they gave me my things, after speaking with corporate because they didn't know how to enter the process in their system, and kept my insurance letter. I asked them for a copy of the letter and was told I didn't need one, so I had to explain it was for documentation purposes and the clerk said "I guess." My 15 year old pointed out how rude the clerk was. She proceeded to send me to Helzberg Diamonds across the walkway because Kay did not have a copier and said if I ask nicely enough that they may make a copy otherwise I can walk to the mall office. Helzberg was much more professional and happy in accommodating my request even if I came from their competitor store. I will no longer shop at Kay Jewelers in Irving Mall, I will drive to Arlington Parks Mall going forward.
