  We ordered our kitchen counter tops through Lowe's. After selecting our slabs and waiting weeks, we were finally contacted to install. The 2 men who arrived spoke no English as I speak no Spanish so we had an issue from the start. We were told due to our bar top over hang we needed braces to properly hold the slab. We had custom braces made, the installer claimed he did not know how to install braces, made numerous holes in the wall attempting. I had to call me partner home from who speaks Spanish to help. Several attempts to contact Randy Randall with Irving Counter Tops went unanswered. Installer broker one of the rails to one of the drawers, also bent a cooper cold water pipe, which we had to pay to have fixed. I finally insisted they leave, we had to hire another contractor to complete the job. Please do not hire this company there are other qualified companies that will do the job paid to do. We have yet to here from Mr. Randall to resolve our issues.
