  I really enjoy working with this jeweler. I was looking to buy loose stones and the manager Kimberley was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made the whole process very easy for me. I was able to ask a lot of questions and they knew everything. I was really impressed with their selection and their customer service. From calling to verify stock, to the purchase itself — everything went great! I was confused about whether or not I had purchased the right stones, I was worried and frustrated that I had made either the wrong choice or was overcharged (it turned out that was not the case). The store manager (who is also great btw) was able to help me understand the differences between the stones and it made me feel a lot better to know I got the right ones. I will definitely come back to this store, anytime I call they know instantly who I am and it feels like the a “mom and pop” atmosphere, I didn’t feel at all like I was buying from some giant retailer who doesn’t care about their clients. I got great service and was very happy about my purchase. They even gave me a free Xbox One S ($279 retail!) on some promotion they were having, I totally did not expect that and I didn’t even know they had that promotion until I made my purchase (this was probably a limited time promotion), a great little perk to go with these beautiful stones. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone! A+++++!
